Section 01Agreement to Terms

By visiting our website, submitting a form, opting into SMS messages, or purchasing services from Sunshine Painting LLC ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Section 02Services Provided

Sunshine Painting LLC provides residential and commercial painting services, including:

• Interior painting (walls, ceilings, trim, doors)
• Exterior painting (siding, stucco, wood, masonry)
• Cabinet refinishing and painting
• Commercial painting for businesses and buildings
• Deck staining, sealing, and garage floor epoxy

All work is performed by our own team; we do not use unlicensed subcontractors.

Section 03Estimates & Deposits

Estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are based on the scope agreed to at the time of estimate. If the scope changes, we will provide a written change order before proceeding.

A deposit (typically 25 to 33% of the total) is required to schedule work. The deposit reserves your date on our calendar and is applied to your final invoice.

Section 04Payment Terms

Final payment is due upon completion of the project and the customer's approval of the final walkthrough. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments beyond 15 days may be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.

Section 05Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel a scheduled project up to 72 hours before the start date with a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations within 72 hours may result in forfeiture of the deposit to cover materials ordered and lost scheduling time. Weather-related rescheduling is done at no cost.

Section 06Warranty

We stand behind our work. Interior painting carries a 2-year workmanship warranty; exterior painting carries a 3-year workmanship warranty against peeling and flaking (subject to normal wear and proper substrate conditions). Warranty excludes damage from settling, moisture intrusion, or improper surface preparation done by others.

Section 07SMS / Text Messaging Terms of Service

Age Restriction

The Sunshine Painting LLC SMS program is intended for users 18 years of age or older. By opting in to receive text messages from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have obtained verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian. If you are under 18, please do not opt in to our SMS program.

• Marketing messages (opt-in only): Special offers, discounts, seasonal promotions, and service updates. Marketing SMS are separate from transactional and require a distinct opt-in.

Costs and Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary depending on your project stage and account activity. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Sunshine Painting LLC does not charge for messages, but standard SMS/MMS rates from your carrier apply.

Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier and device capabilities.

Data & Privacy

Information collected as part of the SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number with any third party for their marketing purposes.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to (941) 241-4610. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Section 08Limitation of Liability

Sunshine Painting LLC's liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages. Our insurance covers property damage caused by our team during work; claims must be reported within 7 days.

Section 09Intellectual Property

All content on sunshinepaintinglp.com (text, images, logos, project photos) is the property of Sunshine Painting LLC or used with permission. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

Section 10Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Manatee County, Florida.
